I have a cheap plastic skull mask that lights up with blue neon cords. It still works after many Halloweens. Now, I’m not suggesting this neon fox is similarly cheap tat, just that you can’t always tell.
The neon effect is undoubtedly striking.
There are blue, orange and red lights here, but they do need batteries, and those two AAs aren’t included in the purchase.
You can also set the lights to behave differently; steady, slow flash or fast flash. Speaking as an owner of a similar mask, no one at the party likes the fast flash, so save it for the dance floor.
