It seems to be a gamble turning any graphic novel into a film. Sometimes they get them so wrong. Sometimes they get it so right.
What you can’t do is judge the film by the trailer. Rubbish trailers are made for great films. All too often, great trailers are made for poor films.
That said; this trailer for Priest looks pretty good. The film is on the “to watch” list for now.
