Here in the United Kingdom, Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World is released on the 25th of August. There’s a little wait. In the meantime we can follow the buzz from America. We also have this giant new – over 2 minutes long – internet trailer that’s been released by Universal Pictures. This trailer very much […]

Scott Pilgrim Movie Trailer – Comicized
The trailer recreated with panels from the Graphic Novel.
Homer Simpson as Darth Vader
I think Star Wars would have been a slightly different movie had Homer Simpson given the voice to Darth Vader. We can only imagine how that would have worked out. Or can we? As it happens you can start with this video clip with Darth’s voice removed and then sub over our own voice effects. […]
Backstar Warrior trailer rediscovered: Star Wars spin off
Okay, okay… so this video is pretending to be a rediscovered trailer for “Blackstar Warrior” the Star Wars spin off that never was. Thankfully. I’m pretty sure it would have had a Jar Jar Binks impact on my appreciation on the films had this actually happened. Then again; maybe I’m wrong. What do you think!
Tremors: Animated guide to Graboids
Tremors, the first one, was one of my all time favourite movies. It’s my Kevin Bacon film. Now Frank Robnik at the Universty of Applied Sciences in Augsburg Germany has created an animated guide about the graboids (aka Landsharks). Voiced by David Ingram and with music from SEbastian Birkl, it’s a must watch for any […]
Every lightsaber from every film
Okay; we’re not counting the animations here. That would be insane. Landstrider’s efforts are barely sane as it stands. It took him 6 hours to do this. I think it’s impressively fast. No idea how hard it is to use FCP for editing but he even went on to use After Effects for some colour […]
Not much to see: The Avengers trailer
It’s taken a while for this Comic Con presented trailer to hit the webs. Kinda odd as there’s so little to see. It’s more like an audio trailer for The Avengers. Nevetheless; you can still let us know what you make of it. Are you looking forward to the movie? Or are you so worried […]
Second trailer for The Voyage of the Dawn Treader
Walden Films have released the second trailer for the next Chronicles of Narnia film – The Voyage of the Drawn Treader. Yup. It’s going to be in 3D. You have to wonder what’ll happen to the franchise if the Dawn Treader does even more poorly than Prince Caspain did. What do you make of the […]
Literal Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows trailer
It’s been a while since I’ve watched one of the once-popular literal video redux on YouTube. They’re clearly still going and I should have expected a Harry Potter one to appear. Step forward Tobuscus and their work on the Deathly Hallows trailer. Good job, guys, good job.
What if the bad guy won?
This is a fantastic idea. What if the bad guy won? This could be dark and scary. It’s not. It’s going to be a comedy but I still sense it’s going to be cool. Waaaay back in March we posted the first Megamind trailer. Thanks to Comic Con we now have another one. Enjoy! Is […]
