If you’re going to be whisked off a fantasy universe, then make the most of your real-life training and experiences before you go.
I’m Standing on Million Lives is one of those animes in which the hero gets transported from present-day Japan to a fantasy world. The catch this time is that the experience drags some of his classmates, not his friends, with him.
Kodansha Comics have been running the English language version of the manga. They say;
Ninth grader Yusuke Yotsuya is practical, friendless, and not active in any clubs. Then one day, he and two female classmates are suddenly sent to another world where they must work together to battle for their lives. Yotsuya is a lone wolf and has always lived his life according to his wants, but how will that work out now that he’s supposed to be a hero?! Get ready for a one-of-a-kind fantasy story that will challenge everything you thought you knew about fantasy!
The anime is due to start in Japan in October the 2nd, and I’ve not noticed any streaming platform claim it.
