Here’s how you can make a bow and set of arrows using natural tools

Have you been following Primitive Technology? The one man series shows how you can start off with nothing except the woods you are sitting in and build shelter and weapons.

We already have some tools at the start of this video. We’ve got fire and plenty of sharp stones to use for axes and knives. The hammering tools are also helpful.

Nevertheless, to conjure up an effective short bow from just wood, feathers and bark is impressive. It’s a skill to squirrel away in your mind so you can set your Ranger character going about making a similar bow should the in-game situation ever arise.
