Two-thirds of gamers said they’ll make more time for RPGs

Near the start of the year Geek Native teamed up with Wizards of the Coast to giveaway a DM’s screen. To enter the prize draws gamers had to answer one simple question;

How much time will you make for RPGs this year?

There were only three possible choices; less time, the same amount of time or more time. The survey, which wasn’t scientifically robust in anyway, attracted more than 130 responses. We’re now half the way through the year so perhaps it’s a good time to see whether expectations have met reality.

A whopping 68.69% of respondents said they’d make more time for RPGs this year. That’s fantastic news for the hobby. Equally, only 6.1% predicted they’d have less time.

At least, those were the expectations back in February. How has your year gone? Are you getting enough tabletop RPG time?
