This is an ad for IKEA in Singapore. They visit Frank who is a civil servant by day and a cosplayer by night. You know what this means; no space, no space to put anything including his rather awesome costume designs.
IKEA come in and re-do his bedroom. Rather than chucking all his models, anime and cosplay stuff they find alternative storage systems in which to display it all. I really like they got his girlfriend to Skype in too.
