Cosplay meets fashion with the Totoro dress

Created by Dustbunny this is a great example of pushing cosplay beyond its roots. I think it still counts as cosplay but I wouldn’t be surprised if we start to see a sub-culture of fashion based, inspirational, designs like this. Fashionplay? Cosfashion?

I particularly like the dust bunny soot spirits that live in the dress. The little dust balls seem to be especially appropriate given the cosplayer is Dustbunny.
