This short film sounds like a laugh – sushi chefs versus sea monsters. I’m sure it’ll be funny but it’s no cheap joke. The video above is actually a high quality teaser from Dan Blank and Vanishing Angle. It’s well acted and the effects are impressive.
Cthulhu, anyone?
There’s a Facebook page and a branded site. There’s also the promise of a Kickstarter. I must remember to look out for it; I’d be happy to put some money in. I think this could be a cracker.
If you get “The Host” vibes from thise teaser, as I did, then you’re on the same lines as the Blanks. Here’s a quote from their page;
