Lords of Waterdeep is an official, Wizards of the Coast, Dungeons & Dragons game.
Waterdeep is from the Forgotten Realms setting – sometimes called the City of Splendors and is known for political intrigue and lords wrestling for power.
The game is for 2 to 5 players. It looks like a fairly complex game with many different card types, including building cards, secret factions and vitory points.
