I rather like the latest Green Lantern trailer. It’s not because I need another trailer to convince me that I want to go see the movie – that’s no longer needed. I like it because it introduces some of the world mythology for people who need to be reminded or discover it for the first time.
I also think this trailer begins to set up the plot for Green Lantern 2. Okay, we don’t yet know if there will be a Green Lantern 2 but if this one does well enough then I think a franchise is more likely than, say, with Thor. Yeah; there are Thor 2 rumours too.
