Here in sunny Edinburgh the Filmhouse will be hosting another We Love Anime festival. There’s a few good names involved; Scotland Loves Animation, Manga Entertainment, Kaze, Optimum Releasing and Beez.
There are four films in the anime weekend. There’s Laputa: Castle in the Sky, King of Thorn, Summer Wars and Sword of the Stranger. Tempted? If you book any three of the flms in one go you get a 15% discount (remind the Filmhouse when you book) and if you book all four films then you get a Uniqlo goodie bag.
Turns out the bag is a decent one. There’s a t-shirt from their new Naruto range (for some Uniqlo Naruto OCD check this out), two DVDs – likely to be Ghost in the Shell 2 and Voltron: Defender of the Universe in a shiny collectors box plus some QR code enhanced pre-order cards.
The festival runs from March 26th to March 27th, 2011 in Edinburgh Scotland.
