The Bring and Buy is a busy and popular part of one of Europe’s largest tabletop gaming conventions – the UK Games Expo.

UKGE is on this coming weekend, running from the 30th to the 1st, and the organisers have shared important changes.
Firstly: You must add all the items you want to sell into the UKGE database by 10:00am Friday of the show. You cannot add any items to the system after this time.
Secondly you may sell up to 60 items over the course of the show but can only physically book in 20 items per day. Please enter all your items into the database before Friday 30th May at 10:00am.
As a reminder, do not bring bags to the Bring and Buy as you won’t be able to take them inside. In fact, Geek Native recommends bringing nothing but a small purse. The organisers need to be strict.
The list of games that will be available at the Bring and Buy tends to go online late on Thursday, although, as the timing indicates, games can be added to it until Friday morning.
The new 60 limit is believed, but Geek Native has not been able to confirm, to ensure that even small traders have a fair chance of shifting some unwanted games.
Another significant change to the UK Games Expo 2025 will be the expo’s floor plan. The expo has lost Hall 1 in the NEC and will use Halls 2, 3, 3a and 4.
A special thanks to Vortex Verlag for sponsoring Geek Native’s coverage of UK Games Expo. You can meet them at stand 3A-758 and find out about the exciting new Serenissima Obscura crowdfunding campaign.
