We’ve got an interesting new trailer for you, from the upcoming indie horror movie Iron Lung – a feature-length adaptation of the video game.
It’s YouTube star Markiplier‘s (Mark Fischbach) directorial debut with the movie, and he’s previously claimed the movie will feature the most amount of blood in any horror movie. Fun fact: whilst shooting, Markiplier actually ended up in hospital due to getting too much claret in his eyes.
Anyway! Back to the movie and the story itself. Set in a post-apocalyptic future after an event known as The Quiet Rapture caused all known stars and habitable planets to just vanish, a convict is sent to search an ocean of blood on a desolate moon. He goes in a submarine called the Iron Lung.
What’s the crimson deep hiding from him? Maybe something very deadly indeed.

Also starring in Iron Lung are Elle LaMont, Caroline Kaplan, and Seán McLoughlin. There WILL be a theatrical release for this, but we don’t currently have any further info on it.
