Call of Cthulhu turns 40 in October. That’s an impressive run for the amazing RPG, and Chaosium is making sure to celebrate the anniversary.
The publisher has released a set of new character sheets, available in aged colour and black and white, which have auto-calculate functionality.
The new sheets are;
- Standard Call of Cthulhu (the 1920s and modern-day versions)
- Pulp Cthulhu
- Down Darker Trails (standard and pulp versions)
- Cthulhu Dark Ages (standard and pulp versions)
Chaosium concedes that some of the sheets may look familiar but point out how they are different. For a start, the downloads are more widely compatible with PDF readers (although that means auto-calc is disabled in browser view).
Text size has been adjusted to be clearer, and whole new pages have been added. In fact, there are pages of information about the sheets and how they might be best used.
