Well, according to the official synopsis we have the aftermath of an environmental disaster, four eccentric friends led by a disgraced baseball player and a mission to protect Los Angeles from a swarm of giant bloodthirsty cicadas.
For some reason, the movie is tagged by Amazon as both sci-fi and comedy.
Cicada is directed by David Willis and stars Jeffrey Ryan Kent, Beau Crawford and Dave Bean. After 13 ratings on Amazon, it has an average review score of 4.4 out of 5. There you go.
