Seiko Tanabe’s story is of a woman who uses a wheelchair who meets a college student in unusual circumstances and become friends.

The anime follows uni student Tsuneo Suzumura trying to study abroad and Josee who looks pretty and delicate in their chair, has a tiger of an attitude.
