Tabletop Scotland 2026 is underway at the Royal Highland Centre, and stand H06 hosts the dual presence of Moon Beast Games and XWC Miniatures. Speaking directly to Geek Native on the exhibition floor, the team confirmed that their upcoming Mothership sci-fi horror supplement, Cleaning Crew: A Janitor’s Handbook, is actively undergoing its final layout passes this weekend in Edinburgh before being dispatched to print.

The 40-page janitorial supplement, funded on BackerKit during Mothership Month in October 2025, inverts standard space-horror tropes. Rather than portraying marine squads or corporate troubleshooters facing off against xenomorphs, the game places players in the boots of the disposable sanitation staff sent aboard Prospero’s Dream station to mop up the blood, bile, and industrial grease left in the wake of violent slaughter. While physical copies of the book are not on sale at the show, the team confirmed the project remains on schedule, with final digital files being signed off from their Edinburgh accommodation during the convention run before moving to their Welsh print house.
Alongside the print updates for Cleaning Crew, the stand features the physical debut of the newly released Dagon resin miniature from XWC Miniatures. The gargantuan sea deity, mounted on a four-inch base, represents the first entry in the studio’s Lovecraftian god series. The painted display copy at stand H06 demonstrates exceptional casting fidelity on the aquatic textures, scales, and shoreline wreckage, standing out as one of the most striking paint jobs on the convention floor.

Attendees visiting the Royal Highland Centre before the show closes on Sunday 6 September can inspect the painted Dagon in person at stand H06 and speak with the team regarding their upcoming fulfilment run. Let’s hope that physical editions of Cleaning Crew make their full Scottish convention debut next year.
