Hot? Make your own Hobbit door ice cream sandwich

I’ve never had an ice cream sandwich. This might be something to do with me living in Scotland where it’s cold and ice cream rarely needs to be portable. However, if I was to have a hybrid of ice cream and biscuit then I can think of no better first bite than a hobbit door sandwich.

Now thanks to Nicole over on Tikkido we have the instructions necessary for making such a delight. You’ll need one batch of no fail sugar cookie dough, green colouring, royal icing and ice cream. Also; talent. I’ve tried to bake, cook and even heat things up – it’s not a skill I have.
