Tula from The Pirates of Dark Water

The Pirates of Dark Water was a fantasy animation for kids. Made by Hanna-Barbera, shown in 1991, it was wonderful and idea for an RPG setting. The world of Mer was being eaten by a substance known only as the Dark Water. The Thirteen Treasures of Rule were said to be able to stop the Dark Water and the prince Ren, with a ciew of the ecomancer Tula, monkey-bird Niddler and pirate Ioz raced against the pirate Lord Bloth to find it.

They found only 8 pieces of the 13 treasures before the series was cancelled.
