MMORPG anime Sword Art Online gets extended tailer

When Geek Native wrote about Sword Art Online back in February there was some debate about the premise. The game – a “VRMMORPG” if you want – is one where you die in real life if you die in the game.

How does that work? The trailer still doesn’t explain so we’re left to speculate. This blogger doubts operatives from the game visit you at your home where you’re playing – it seems more likely that to play the game you need to enter a machine and hook yourself up.

The catch? Thousands of people play the game without realising it’s deadly. The only way to survive is to win.
