Katsucon is an annual, 3 day long, fan festival held in the D.C. metro area for anime fans. It has a wider remit for multicultural entertainment but anime and cosplay are at the fore.
Ackson Lee is responsible for some fantastic cosplay videos from Katsucon 18 (Katsucon 2012) despite her YouTube channel suggesting she may have retired. She clearly has talent for getting the videos right, it would be a shame if she stopped.
