This War of the Worlds game will be appearing on both the Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network. Paramount Digital have the license but the game is being developed by Other Ocean Interactive.
It was Other Ocean who was responsible for the XBLA conversion of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. They go for a retro look, especially the rotoscope.
