Gaxx Worx has launched a new Kickstarter campaign that carries one of the most famous surnames in tabletop history. Rogues’ Gambit: An Unconventional Adventure in Okkorim is a new 5th Edition adventure designed by Luke Gygax, son of D&D co-creator Gary Gygax.
This whimsical and tricky scenario has been playtested by Luke at conventions worldwide and is now being brought to print. The project has already surpassed its funding goal, raising over $6,000 against a modest $1,500 target.
We’ve got until February 25th to back the campaign.

The adventure is set in Luke Gygax’s own campaign setting, the World of Okkorim. Players take on the role of a team accepting a high-risk, high-reward job to “liberate” a valuable statuette. The scenario is described as “unconventional” and designed to “bedevil” players with locks, magical alarms, and traps, leaning into a heist movie aesthetic with a distinctly Gygaxian twist.
Gaxx Worx (and its imprint Gygax Ink) is the publishing house for Luke’s projects, often collaborating with creators like Matt Everhart. The company focuses on creating games and accessories that honour the roots of the hobby while embracing modern design.
“From the mind of Luke Gygax comes the heist that became a legend. Survive the Opal Obelisk, outwit the wizard Bobius, and claim the Winged Victory in this cunning 5th Edition adventure.”

The campaign offers a granular selection of tiers, separating the base game from stretch goals:
