A significant feature of the exhibition is the collaboration with five emerging animators from Japan: Nina Ai, Kohei Kadowaki, Kosuke Sugimoto, Kohta Morie, and que. These artists have reinterpreted iconic scenes from Naruto, bringing their distinctive animation and artistic flair to offer fresh perspectives on beloved moments from the anime.
An audio guide, featuring the original German and English voice actors for Naruto and Sasuke, will be available via a free app. Attendees are encouraged to bring headphones. The exhibition itself will feature authentic Japanese text with German and English translations.
The enduring popularity of the Naruto franchise continues to inspire a variety of fan-created content, including the comprehensive and free-to-download Naruto 5e system, which brings the entire ninja universe to the tabletop roleplaying format. This gallery offers an official and immersive new way for fans to engage with the epic saga.
