UK Games Expo will be the first of the supersized gaming conventions where British publisher Absolute Ascendancy will have their newly (ish) printed Black Metro available. As a bonus, it’ll be on sale at a special price of £60.

Developed by Emesh De Zoysa over two years, starting in the summer of 2020 amidst pandemic lockdowns, Black Metro received overwhelmingly positive feedback at its 2022 UK Games Expo showcase, prompting plans for a physical print run following its digital release on Steam PC. Now we’ve got that printed edition.
Black Metro challenges players to conquer a dark city in a battle for ultimate power. This strategic area control game revolves around gathering essential resources to fuel your ascent. Use these to research game-changing technologies, build vital fortifications, and upgrade your military units. Becoming the next ruler involves controlling districts through superior force, dominating your adversaries, and leveraging the immense power gained from syndicate alliances and critical missions.
