Dr Who: Shadows of the Vashta Nerada pictures

Most Doctor Who fans remember the Vashta Nerada well enough. They appeared first in the “Silence in the Library” in an unusually high and dangerous concentration.

In both the “Silence in the Library” and the “Forest of the Dead” the Doctor and the team (which introduced River Song, too) where chased around by Vashta Nerada animating skeletal bodies still in their spacesuit. A typical Moffat-esq “Doctor Who is like a dark fairy tale” approach that worked well.

It’s perhaps not that surprising although some may be disappointed to see that very same tactic is used in the “Shadows of the Vashta Nerada“. This is the next Adventure Game, one that features a digital Matt Smith and Karen Gillan as the Doctor and Amy.
