FX has released a new series preview which teases more scenes from the highly anticipated Alien: Earth series, coming to Hulu this summer.
The preview actually dropped during last night’s Oscars show, and one of the more interesting shots in this preview lets us take a look at Timothy Olyphant in his role as a synth called Kirsh, who acts as Wendy’s mentor trainer in the series.
I’m really getting hyped for Alien: Earth now, although starting to feel really quite sorry for the poor xenomorph trying to escape the ship hurtling towards Earth, with its course set for… Texas. Oh no.

As a refresher, here’s another look at the synopsis:
When a mysterious space vessel crash-lands on Earth, a young woman (Sydney Chandler) and a ragtag group of tactical soldiers make a fateful discovery that puts them face-to-face with the planet’s greatest threat.
As members of the crash recovery crew search for survivors among the wreckage, they encounter mysterious predatory life forms more terrifying than they could have ever imagined. With this new threat unlocked, the search crew must fight for survival and what they choose to do with this discovery could change planet Earth as they know it.
We’ve also got these FX Networks screencaps for you to linger over.

It does feel like we’re slowly getting fed scraps to whet our appetite, but I’m ready for so much more!
