Tabletop Scotland

Tabletop Scotland is where geek culture, community, and cardboard collide in Edinburgh. As one of the UK’s biggest tabletop gaming conventions, it brings together board game enthusiasts, RPG fans, curious newcomers, and families under one sprawling roof for a weekend of pure play.

The event features over one hundred exhibitors, hundreds of events, and endless tables for gaming—whether you love classic titles, want to try the latest releases, or just fancy rolling some dice with friendly strangers. Publishers and demo teams are on hand to introduce you to new worlds, while a games library lets you borrow before you buy. If you’re new to the hobby or conventions, Tabletop Scotland has dedicated spaces and guides to help you dive right in. For veterans, there’s a chance to connect with fellow fans, discover rare finds, and join a thriving community that celebrates everything tabletop.

Across this blog series, expect news, previews, and stories from the convention floor, all with a Geek Native twist. Whether you’re planning your trip or following along from afar, join us as we explore what makes Tabletop Scotland a true highlight of the gaming calendar.

A special thanks to All Rolled Up for sponsoring Geek Native's coverage of Tabletop Scotland. You can find them in the trade hall and explore their fantastic range of indie RPGs and high-quality gaming accessories on the All Rolled Up website.
