The Great Parch map was revealed on Warhammer TV and written up by Cubicle 7. It is the starting territory for characters in the Warhammer Age of Sigmar RPG Soulbound.
Illustrated by Jared Blando the Great Parch map shows where Sigmar first unleashed his Stormcast Eternals and pushed back against the armies of Chaos. It is where the Fyreslayers were born.
While the Great Parch has been the site of many great victories against Chaos it has been the location of vile atrocities. It is here that the tribes in the East began to worship the Blood God and the Chaos Warlord Korghos Khul was born here.
The Soulbound RPG is not exclusively focused on the Great Parch. There are overviews of other Mortal Realms that accompany the 30 pages of information the book has on Great Parch.
Despite the name, the Great Parch isn’t just a desert, and the map helps to show these other biomes, even the snowy north.
