Titmouse, the animation studio behind The Legend of Vox Machina, will premiere its original actual-play series Draw Your Weapons on Prime Video on 3 June 2026. The series will debut with a special two-episode premiere, followed by weekly releases for subscribers in the U.S., Canada, and Australia.

The series introduces a hybrid format that blends tabletop gameplay with live drawing, confessional cutaways, and play-by-play commentary. Created by Josh Knapp and Chris Prynoski, the show aims for a “punk/DIY energy” that prioritises on-the-fly illustrations to bring player actions to life as they navigate the city of Port Promise.
Industry veterans and “art-first” mechanics
Josh Knapp serves as the Game Master, leading a cast that includes notable figures from the roleplaying games industry, such as Luke Gygax, appearing as Chelldunne (a.k.a. Chellie), and Jason Charles Miller as Modar. The production is supported by Titmouse founders Chris Prynoski and Shannon Prynoski as executive producers, with Chris Prynoski and stand-up comedian Blaine Capatch providing the play-by-play commentary.
Other featured cast members include Rashawn Scott as Tammy Coal, Sean Glaze as Blurd, and Eric Bauza as Ggreg. The focus on “art-first” gameplay suggests a move away from traditional grid-and-miniature combat, instead using the studio’s animation expertise to visualise the narrative chaos.
Gen Con events and live engagement
Following the Prime Video launch, the series will head to Gen Con in Indianapolis for two major events on 30 July 2026. Chris Prynoski and Josh Knapp will host a panel at 1:00 PM to discuss how their interest in tabletop gaming influences the studio’s storytelling.
Later that evening, a live session titled Draw Your Weapons LIVE will feature Jason Charles Miller, Anjali Bhimani, Alicia Marie, and Jim Zub. Tickets for these events become available on 17 May 2026.
While the UK has been omitted from the initial Prime Video distribution list, the inclusion of UK-based or global creators in the live events underscores the international interest in the project.
