Friday the 13th struck, and I didn’t get this TTRPG newsletter out on time. Fear not, Saturday the 14th is just as good for gaming news.
Let’s get going with the summary of the summaries!
- Geekify has lost the Neopets TTRPG license, and there’s drama.

Is that it? Busy week, but perhaps not in the world of the tabletop RPGs.
I’ve mentioned a big list of publishers I’ve been working through since Christmas 2025. There are 29,573 of them (which I got to via DriveThruRPG’s sitemap.xml file), and I’ve been trying to assign each a country and an ‘active score’. An active score of 10 means I’m confident that there’s still writing and publishing. A score of 0 means I’m confident that they’re not.
Next, unless someone talks sense into me, I’m going to assign them both a market share and a cultural influence score. It’s going to take a while, but as with big data elsewhere on Geek Native, I’ll use Google’s Looker Studio to share the results. I’m also thinking about how I could crowdsource maintenance.
