Bundle of Holding has launched a new offer featuring the work of one of the most prolific and respected names in Lovecraftian roleplaying. The “Ken Writes About Stuff” bundle collects dozens of supplements from Kenneth Hite, the lead designer of Trail of Cthulhu and Night’s Black Agents, published by Pelgrane Press.
The Ken Writes About Stuff bundle is available for a limited time and is scheduled to end on Thursday, November 27.
The bundle compiles the Ken Writes About Stuff (KWAS) series. Originally released as a monthly subscription of PDFs, the series sees Hite apply his encyclopaedic knowledge of history, the occult, and game design to specific, often obscure, topics. From “hideous creatures” of the Mythos to historical conspiracies and GUMSHOE system tweaks, the collection is a toolkit for Game Masters looking to add depth and “weirdness” to their campaigns.
Ken Writes About Stuff Collection

The offer is structured as a single-tier collection. For $17.95, customers receive a massive digital library of 39 supplements collected into three volumes. Pelgrane Press lists the combined retail value of these titles at $75.
The collection includes:
- Ken Writes About Stuff Volume 1
- Ken Writes About Stuff Volume 2
- Ken Writes About Stuff Volume 3
These three volumes compile the entire run of the series. Volume 1 includes deep dives on Deep Ones, Ghouls, and Hounds of Tindalos, plus Die Glocke (Nazi occult bells) and Moon Dust Men (a complete campaign frame about anti-alien spec-ops).
Volume 2 features Hideous Creatures entries on Dark Young, Rat-Things, and Serpent Folk, alongside historical settings like The School of Night (Elizabethan spies). Volume 3 rounds out the collection with Great Race of Yith, Hunting Horror, and Wendigo, plus the MAJESTIC Overwatch campaign frame and Mutant City Spies.
Each volume also includes a “Foul Congeries” section that provides statistics for Lovecraftian entities that had never been statted for the GUMSHOE system.
