On its sixth anniversary, the video games mental health charity Safe In Our World has launched a new campaign to encourage conversations and raise funds. The initiative, “Press Pause: Mysteries of the Mind,” is a pocket-sized puzzle experience available for download now.
Timed to coincide with World Mental Health Day on October 10th, the charity’s new campaign is inspired by the game Blue Prince. It challenges players to solve six themed puzzles to uncover a hidden truth, to spark dialogue around mental health. The puzzle experience is available for download from Tiltify, where supporters can donate or start their own fundraising efforts for the charity.
Sarah Sorrell, Charity Director at Safe In Our World, said in a statement,

Alongside the new public campaign, the charity continues its work within the games industry. Following its #LevelUpMentalHealth initiative, Safe In Our World launched an evidence-based Mental Health Star Accreditation at devcom 2025. This program provides a comprehensive action plan for companies, assessing their current mental health support and identifying areas for improvement.
The organisation is also looking to the future by recruiting its next group of ambassadors for 2026. Ambassadors represent the charity at events and panels, share their personal stories, and participate in fundraising activities. Applications are open to anyone passionate about making a positive impact on mental health awareness in the gaming space.
Rounding out the anniversary celebrations is a mega bundle of games from Wired Productions, offered with the support of Humble. Wired Productions played a pivotal role in establishing the charity and continues to support its work, with members serving on the Board of Trustees.
