Para Bellum Games has officially announced the full release of The Weaver Courts, the tenth faction for its fantasy mass-battle wargame, Conquest: The Last Argument of Kings. The new army, first teased earlier this year, will make its debut at Essen Spiel in late October.

Geek Native was able to share the initial reveal of the fey-touched faction from the UK Games Expo this summer, and Para Bellum has now confirmed the army of otherworldly elegance will be available to players very soon. Worldwide distribution to friendly local game stores is planned to follow immediately after the German convention.
The Weaver Courts are presented as estranged cousins to the Spires faction. Lore describes them as exiles who rejected Biomancy in favour of venerating the natural world. This path led them to use their gift of ‘Life-Binding’ to merge their bodies with animals, plants, and even the elements, creating a unique and eerie aesthetic. Early models have revealed insect-limbed humanoids, warriors with antlers, and figures with fiery halos and plant-like masks.
On the tabletop, the army is designed to be strategic and agile. The faction is divided into four seasonal courts, which will influence gameplay and unit synergy. Para Bellum states that the Weaver Courts will use ranged units to mark targets, setting up combos for powerful melee regiments in an interwoven combat style.

Launching the faction is a new ‘Supercharged Starter Set’. This box will retail for $159.99 USD/EU and contains 31 miniatures, dice, terrain, measuring sticks, and introductory guides. Para Bellum notes this represents a significant saving compared to buying the contents individually.
Alongside the starter set, a wave of initial releases will flesh out the army. This includes several unit kits: Mhor Sidhe (pronounced wore-she), Rhun Sidhe (rune-she), Seanchas Sidhe (shaw-na-haas-she), Kern Skirmishers, Sciathan Riders (shkee-haan), Ciannir Riders (key-anne-ear), and Crann Guardians (crawn). Fans can also purchase supporting accessories, including a Weaver Courts-themed dice pack, objective zone markers, and a t-shirt. A rapid release schedule is planned to follow, with 13 different items slated for launch throughout 2025.
