Instagram ads targeted me for an incredible but also horrendous d6. Sure enough, the shop had ripped off some original art. Eccentric Manor is the original creator of The Eye of Fate dice. I’ve tracked them down.

Now I can imagine a world where every roll of the dice wasn’t just a game of chance, but a stare into the abyss.
Every eye is a unique creation, staring out with its own personality. The detailing is what truly sets it apart, lending it an eerie and expensive authenticity. Intricate, hand-painted bloodshot veins crawl across the sclera, and macabre, sewn-stitch patterns frame the unsettling designs. Eccentric Manor has documented their process, and that’s why I’m confident these dice came from them.
Crafted from eco-friendly resin and soft polymer clay, the die has a substantial, weighty feel. Measuring approximately 3.5 cm × 3.5 cm, its presence is felt whether held in the palm or displayed as the centrepiece of a collection. It’s durable, waterproof, and designed to last an eternity, or at least as long as fate allows.
A piece this extraordinary isn’t stamped out by a machine. Its premium nature is born from a painstaking, bespoke process. Understanding the process helps justify every moment of its 10–15 business day production time.
- The Core: The process begins by hand-kneading polymer clay into a perfect sphere, forming the base structure of the eye.
- The First Seal: This sphere is coated in eco-friendly resin and cured under a UV lamp, resulting in a smooth, durable surface.
- Shaping the Iris: More clay is meticulously added and shaped to form the iris, with every excess sliver carefully removed with a sculpting tool.
- A Unique Soul: A carving tool is then used to etch one-of-a-kind patterns into the iris, ensuring no two eyes are ever identical.
- Bringing it to Life: Following a hand-drawn design, the iris is carefully painted with rich colours and shading. Delicate blood vessels are added to the back of the eye, enhancing its shocking realism.
- The Final Gaze: A final, flawless coat of resin is applied and cured, locking in the intricate details and giving the eye its glossy, lifelike sheen.

The philosophy behind the die is as compelling as the object itself. Eccentric Manor was born from a desire to create something unapologetically bold. They believe that the worlds of Gothic art, horror, and the mystical deserve fine craftsmanship that reflects their true, dark beauty.
As they state, “We don’t just create jewellery. We create stories, one eye at a time.” This passion is evident in every piece. By using eco-friendly materials and a completely hands-on process, they craft expressions of individuality for those who dare to embrace the unconventional.
I can’t afford it, tho!
