For a bit of fun, and a good cause, Marvel has released this rather amusing video of Hugh Jackman‘s Wolverine heavy breathing for over eight straight hours.

The video, released in support of National Stress Awareness Month, is labelled as a ‘Wolverine Breathing Exercise’. Maybe it’ll help someone who needs it – worth a shot, right?

Hugh is fully suited up and very much in character – but there’s more. If you can find it, around halfway through the video, Wolverine strikes an iconic pose. Suppose it’s a great time for Easter eggs!
