As the tabletop division of UK creative studio Rebellion, Rebellion Unplugged, currently runs a hugely successful Kickstarter to modernise the second-oldest fantasy roleplaying game ever published, the Bundle of Holding has opened the vaults.
Two massive revivals are now running in parallel, offering dozens of books from the long history of Ken St. Andre’s trailblazing 1975 game, Tunnels & Trolls. Known for its lightning-quick mechanics, bumptious sense of humour, and legendary solitaire adventures, these two bundles offer a staggering amount of classic FRPG history at a bargain price.
Tunnels & Trolls Bundle (Sept 2018 Revival)

This offer provides the complete 2015 Deluxe Edition rules, along with a massive collection of solitaire pick-a-path dungeon crawls that made the game famous.
Solitaire Collection – $7.95
For just $7.95 (retail value $41.50), you get thirteen DRM-free ebooks designed for solo play:
- Tunnels & Trolls quickstart (An English translation of a manga-style tutorial from Japan)
- Four Starting Solos (Battle School, Sea of Mystery, Sorcerer Solitaire, and Buffalo Castle, the first solo RPG adventure ever published for any game)
- Three Mid-Level Solos (Agent of Death, Naked Doom, and Sewers of Oblivion)
- Three Killer Solos (Arena of Khazan, Deathtrap Equalizer Dungeon, and Michael A. Stackpole’s famous City of Terrors)
- Goblin Lake and Elven Lords Deluxe
Gamemaster Collection
If you pay more than the threshold price (currently around $19.45), you level up to receive an additional ten titles worth $49.50:
- Deluxe Tunnels & Trolls (The massive 386-page core rulebook from 2015, plus the GM Screen)
- Monsters! Monsters! 1E (The 1976 standalone spinoff where you play the monsters defending against heroic intruders)
- T&T Adventurers Compendium (Nine long-lost solos and three GM scenarios)
- Vault of K’Horror
- Four classic T&T GM modules (Dungeon of the Bear, Dwarf World, Seven Challenges of Kartejan, and Uncle Ugly’s Underground Doom)
- Tunnels & Trolls 1E (The original 43-page ruleset from 1975)
T&T Adventures (June 2021 Revival)

The companion offer focuses heavily on providing even more adventures, featuring 23 complete scenarios for both solo and group play.
Adventure Collection – $12.95
For a single payment of $12.95 (retail value $67), you get 24 DRM-free titles:
- T&T Beginner Bundle (A full-colour introduction with mini-rules and two adventures)
- 18 Tunnels & Trolls Solos (An enormous 862-page collection of solo action, ranging from Beyond the Wall of Tears to Grimtina’s Guard)
- 5 T&T Gamemaster Adventures (Bear Cult, Goblin Crag, Tomb of the Warhammer, Isle of Darksmoke, and Trollstone Caverns)
The New Age Awaits
Rebellion Unplugged’s Kickstarter for Tunnels & Trolls: A New Age aims to streamline the mechanics while preserving the fast-playing, GM-adjudicated spirit of the original. Crucially, the campaign is dropping the game’s historically silly spell names (like “Take That You Fiend”) in favour of a more serious dark fantasy tone.
Both of these classic Bundle of Holding revivals end on Wednesday, 15 April, the day after the A New Age Kickstarter concludes.
(Note: The older titles in these offers are good-quality PDF image scans of the original 1980s and ’90s hard copies. OCR has not been applied, so the text is not usually copiable.)
