Orc’s Kitchen has launched a Kickstarter campaign to bring the majesty of dragonkind to the dinner table. Dragonware Crockery Sets is a collection of artisan ceramic plates, bowls, and mugs styled to resemble high-quality gaming dice, inspired by the legendary Chromatic Dragons.
The project is live now and has already attracted significant support.
We have until March 5th to back the campaign.
The collection is designed to look like “heirlooms forged in fire.” The sets are available in six colourways, corresponding to the classic chromatic dragon flights: Red, Blue, White, Black, and Green. There is also a “Goddess Edition” that blends all five colours into a single iridescent design.
Each piece features the iconic polyhedral numbering associated with D20 systems. Crucially, these numbers are indented into the ceramic rather than just printed on the surface. They are sealed beneath a protective glaze, ensuring they will never fade. The creators emphasise that despite their artistic look, these are practical items designed for daily use and are completely dishwasher safe.
While this is the first Kickstarter for Orc’s Kitchen, they have been transparent about their manufacturing process. The ceramics are produced in Chaoshan, China, a region with a history of pottery dating back to the Neolithic and Song Dynasty. The team notes that the factory also manufactures for major brands like Hamleys and the Doctor Who franchise.
This marks the first Dragonware Collection, with whispers of Metallic Dragon editions and limited releases already taking shape. Collectors and adventurers who join early will be first to know when the next flight takes wing.

The campaign offers options for individual adventurers and serious collectors.
