London’s premier tabletop convention, Dragonmeet, is set to take over the ExCeL Centre on Saturday, November 29, 2025, and The Role Play Haven has detailed its extensive involvement in the event. The Community Interest Company, known for organising roleplaying clubs across the UK to support local charities, will be manning a substantial presence near the main entrance at stands B15-17.

For attendees looking to roll dice, RPH volunteers and Game Masters are running a variety of sessions throughout the day. The scheduled adventures highlight the diversity of the current TTRPG landscape, moving beyond just Dungeons & Dragons to include Warhammer, Chaosium’s Rivers of London, and Modiphius’ Fallout RPG. These sessions will be located on the first floor of the South Halls.
The organisation is also dedicating space to Young Dragons, the youth-focused charity initiative launched by RPH. Situated at LM8-12 (straight down the central aisle and to the left), the Young Dragons area will offer a safe harbour for younger gamers to try their hand at miniature painting and tabletop gameplay.
Logistics for volunteer GMs have also been clarified. The Roleplay Desk in South Hall 3 will open at 8:30 am to accommodate the 9:00 am start time for morning sessions. GMs are advised to check in at the Main Ticket Desk in South Hall 6 for wristbands before reporting to Chris Brockley Blatt at the Roleplay Desk.
The shift to the ExCeL Centre marks a significant expansion for Dragonmeet, offering a larger footprint for community groups like Role Play Haven to operate alongside the trade halls.
