DMsGuild, the official community content marketplace for Dungeons & Dragons, has announced the results of its first-ever Game Jam. The event, themed around the iconic city of Baldur’s Gate, has successfully concluded with over 50 new supplements now published on the platform.

The month-long challenge, which ran in October, attracted 170 creators. Significantly, DMsGuild notes that more than half of these participants were new voices who had never previously published content on the site, marking a successful influx of new talent to the community.
To support this influx of creators, the Game Jam was backed by the Storytelling Collective and creators Jayson Payne and Anthony Joyce-Rivera, who provided workshops and mentorship to participants throughout the event.
The organisers celebrated the focus on community and mentorship. Anne Richmond, Marketing Manager, said in a statement:
Seeing existing creators from DMsGuild uplift and mentor new creators via workshops and in our Discord community exemplifies everything that is amazing about the D&D community! Expanding play opportunities for the fan-favorite Baldur’s Gate setting could only happen on DMsGuild and our team congratulates everyone who made it across the finish line.
The resulting Game Jam collection features a wide array of new D&D content, from shadowy taverns in the Lower City to infernal pacts in the Upper City. The highlights showcase a mix of adventures, location guides, and new rules designed to be dropped into any Baldur’s Gate campaign.
For Dungeon Masters looking to expand their city, one supplement offers a detailed guide to Little Calimshan, the self-sustaining walled community located in the Outer City. Another, Zanetti’s Casino by KJ Storyteller, provides a fully plug-and-play casino location, complete with new mini-games, NPCs, and plot hooks.

Several new adventures were also published. The Gate’s Old Wound is a 5th-level investigative one-shot set in the Outer City, tasking players with uncovering the truth behind a series of mysterious disappearances. Another standalone, Baldur’s Gate: Razing of Three Graves, is designed for 4th-level characters and centres on the infamous Cult of the Dead Three. It is also noted as being compatible with the official Baldur’s Gate: Descent Into Avernus campaign.
Other supplements offer new tools for DMs. One provides 90 unique complications for chase scenes, tailored to 21 different areas of the city, from the affluent Manorborn district to the grimy Sow’s Foot. A separate collection features five single-session adventures, ranging from a jousting tournament and a heist on the Hall of Wonders to a political thriller in the High Hall.
The full collection of over 50 supplements from the Game Jam is now available to browse on the DMsGuild.
