Fancy having an official soundtrack for your badass sci-fi TTRPG?
Mongoose Publishing did, and working with the ten-year-old Sonor Village, this week released Traveller Frontier Original Soundtrack on DriveThruFiction.
There’s talk of a CD, which I remember fondly, except for when I had to move student flats quickly. However, for now, on DriveThruFiction, the soundtrack is a 100MB download.
The album is inspired by the legendary Travellers’ Aid Society, the interstellar organisation that offers aid and shelter to explorers on countless worlds. Each track is crafted to underscore a specific aspect of the universe, providing the perfect soundscape for everything from tense negotiations in a crowded starport to the quiet contemplation of the view from an observation dome.
Mongoose’s pitch is that these compositions are the ideal accompaniment to enhance the atmosphere and drama of your adventures in Charted Space.
