Who else still has fond memories of the Twitter logo? Apropos of nothing, check out DoraTaco‘s Bluebird Dice+.
The Japanese online dice shop features a d6 that resembles a bird. Its cheeky face is a six, and the bird butt is a one. We’ve got until August 14th to help crowdfund the dice.
There is more than one colour of these cute birdie dice. There’s a white one, a yellow one (currently locked) and a black one, aka the crow, also currently locked.
If the Kickstarter comes to life, then d6 creatures beyond humble blue birds will come to life, as a rabbit version is also on offer. And a pig. And Cerberus.
DoraTaco are in Japan and is offering various ways to import the dice. Essentially, if you’re not in a country currently sanctioned by the United Nations or imposing tariffs on its citizens, then you’ll be okay.
It’s the add-ons that help these dice, as a single d6 is not a purchase that contributes to DoraTaco’s crowdfunding target. You can also get Cthulhu dice, slightly awkward Lovecraft (the racist git) dice, zodiac and historic ruin dice, chess and my favourite with dark magic circle dice that glow in the dark.

Backers can pledge ¥480, which is approximately £3, for just one bluebird die. It’s £8 for three, though, and 3d6 is a pretty standard combo.
Alternatively, ¥2,640 (about £14) unlocks 6d6 bluebirds and ¥5,280 (£27) 12 bluebird dice.
The estimated delivery is slated for March 2026, and that feels conservative, squashing any Christmas gift aspirations for these cute dice.
