Colorado Springs-based Jason Duff has hit the funding target for Mistwraith, a Dragonbane adventure on Kickstarter.
In the adventure, players will have to right wrongs to rescue a town from deadly mist. The crowdfunding campaign runs until the end of the month.
Dragonbane is a high fantasy from Free League, and Jason’s adventure is not affiliated with the Swedish powerhouse but made in conjunction with the TTRPG’s third-party supplement license.
Designed for both new and experienced players, Mistwraith provides a whole adventure in a new region ripe for exploration. The challenging quest takes place in the hamlet of Songdale, and the book also introduces new monsters and expands on the lore of the school of Animism, detailing how creatures like wraiths come into existence.
In addition, Mistwraith offers;

- Detailed lore revealing the dark transformation of a spirit into a wraith, including information on several unique types.

Jason offers up four wraith templates: Fury, Fear, Vengeance and Despair.
A supernatural mist has consumed the quiet valley town of Songdale. A terrifying figure known only as the Mistwraith has given the townsfolk a week to “make right what misery you have wrought.” Time is running out, and the PCs must uncover the secrets of Songdale’s past before it’s too late. Mistwraith is a dark fantasy investigation and survival adventure full of dread, spirit magic, and moral ambiguity.
Backers at $15 get the Mistwraith PDF as a reward. Additionally, any unlocked digital stretch goals are available.
Then, at $40, backers get the PDF and the Foundry VTT module for the game. Alternatively, $40 backers could go for the PDF of Mistwraith and the softcover of the book. These backers will be responsible for shipping costs later.
The estimated delivery for all the formats is around the end of this year.
