Photoshopping a set photo from the new series isn’t cosplay, sadly but hopefully some cosplayer will take the hint! Still, I like the slight redesign of the Cybermen, they look a lot less clunky now.
I don’t think it photoshop. That is slot of time to photo shops that well with shadowing and color. It would be faster just to make it.
A lot of time in Photoshop, but not as long as it would take to build a cyberman suit from scratch (or modify an exisiting one to the new style) paint it, let it dry and then install the quite powerful lighting.
