Do you remember when superheroes were not cool? There was a time there when no one outside Geekworld would have been seen dead wearing a Superman t-shirt. In fact; before the movies made superheroes cool again we saw the resurgence in fashion first.
It was retro. It was tongue in cheek. It was counter-culture. Whatever the reason; people started wearing Superman t-shirts and they’ve not stopped.
