Wow. Take Bleach (which is cool) and blend it with the usually awesome strategy RPG game genre and what do you get? You get Bleach: The 3rd Phantom.
This Nintendo DS game looks like it has everything going for it. It’s the first ever Bleach strategy game.
I actually think Bleach should make a great strategy game; we’re now using our Soul Reaper heroes to cut down legions of Hollow so that’s an issue of tactical deployment. We’re also getting into the nitty gritty of the Zanpakuto weapon types – I can see a strategy of making sure we had some close combat Shinigami mixed in with long range ones and also ensuring we’ve enough fire based zanpakuto alongside those with ice attacks, etc.
