The TV chocolate drama people Choccywoccydoodah were commissioned to make one of their chocolate cake statues to mark the release of Game of Thrones season 3 on DVD and Blu-ray.
They went for a Red Wedding themed cake. I wonder if they stored it next to their other cakes. Arya Stark actress, Maisie Williams, was on hand to attack the blood covered construction with a sword.
Okay, so no real blood in the cake – rum, raisins and lots of chocolate. It took 20 hours to make. Game of Thrones will be back on in the US for April 6th and on Sky Atlantic on the 7th. Virgin Media customers can buy a SkyGo account for the duration of the show and cancel once the season concludes.
