Get to know the cosplayers: Soni Aralynn and Thaxos

Distractotron continue their simple but effective series “Cosplay Chronicles”. This is a chance to get to know the cosplayers and I think it slays claims of “fake geek girls” in a single clip.

Soni Aralynn comes across as credible, grounded and all types of hip.

As a male cosplayer Thaxos doesn’t have to deal with “fake” claims. Nevertheless, I’ve heard guys getting a hard time from people who don’t understand why they’re doing it. Thaxos has a clear answer here: fun and charity.
