A look at the Prismatic Art Collection for gamers

Back in April Geek Native looked at attempts to raise funds for the Prismatic Art Collection.

The goal of the collection was two-fold; firstly to produce art of heroes of all colours and secondly to make this art available via the Creative Commons license so authors and gamers could use it to make their own products and games better.

The fundraising succeeded; raising more than 120% of its target. You can follow developments for the project via the Kickstarter updates page.

In the meantime, shared under the Creative Commons license, here’s a sample of the art that’s been created for (or donated to) the Prismatic Art Collection by the fantastically talented Kaitlynn Peavler, Crystal Frasier, Brian Patterson and Jared von Hindman.

You can access the Prismatic Art collection here.
